EDUCATE WITH INFLUENCE MONTHLY ACCESS

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Educate with Influence, hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and the individual ("Client") who has enrolled in the "Educate with Influence Monthly Access" program (the "Program").

1. Payment Terms

Client agrees to make monthly payments of $79 for access to the Educate with Influence Monthly Access Program. The first payment is due upon enrollment, with subsequent payments automatically charged on the same date each month.

2. Month-to-Month Commitment and Cancellation

This is a month-to-month program, and Client may cancel at any time. All cancellations must be self-managed by Client through their account to ensure immediate termination of access and to prevent further billing. No refunds will be issued for previous payments, as all online education fees are non-refundable.

3. Payment Failure

In the event of a failed payment, Client agrees to update payment information promptly to prevent any disruption in Program access. If payment information is not updated, course access may be suspended, and outstanding payments will continue to accrue.

4. Non-Transferable

Access to the Program is exclusive to the registered individual and is non-transferable. Sharing, duplicating, or distributing Program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided as part of the Educate with Influence Monthly Access are the exclusive property of the Provider. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Client agrees to keep all Program materials and discussions confidential. Sharing sensitive information from the Program, including discussions in live sessions, is prohibited.

7. Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate Client's access to the Program without refund if Client breaches this Agreement or violates Program policies.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut and the state of Florida.

9. Amendments

Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement with notice to the Client. Continued participation following notice constitutes acceptance of amendments.

By enrolling in Educate with Influence Monthly Access, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and Educate with Influence's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
