EDUCATE WITH INFLUENCE 12 Month Payment Plan

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Educate with Influence, hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and the individual ("Client") who has enrolled in the "Educate with Influence 12 Month Payment Plan" program (the "Program").

 

**1. Payment Terms:**

Client agrees to make 12 monthly payments of $100 each, totaling $1,200, for to the Educate with Influence 12 Month Access. The first payment is due upon enrollment, and subsequent payments are to be made on the same day of each subsequent month.

 

**2. Full Purchase Price Obligation:**

Upon being granted access to the course, Client acknowledges and agrees to be obligated to pay the full purchase price of $1,200, regardless of whether they complete the entire course or attend all the mastermind sessions.

 

**3. Payment Failure:**

In the event of a failed payment, Client agrees to promptly update their payment information to prevent any disruption in course access. Failure to update payment information may result in suspension of course access, and outstanding payments will continue to accrue.

 

**4. Collections:**

If payments are not updated within 30 days of the initial failure, Provider reserves the right to engage a collections agency to recover the outstanding balance. Client will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the collections process.

 

**5. Non-Transferable:**

Education access is granted solely to the registered individual and is non-transferable. Sharing, duplicating, copying, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

 

**6. Copyright and Intellectual Property:**

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of the Educate with Influence are the exclusive property of the Provider and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

 

**7. Confidentiality:**

Client agrees to keep all program materials and discussions confidential. Sharing sensitive information from the Program, including discussions within the mastermind sessions, is prohibited.

 

**8. Termination:**

Provider reserves the right to terminate Client's access to the Program, without refund, in the event of a breach of this Agreement or any violation of program policies.

 

**9. Governing Law:**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut and The State of Florida.

 

**10. Amendments:**

Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement with notice to the Client. Continued participation in the Program following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

 

By enrolling in the Educate with Influence, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement for this specific offer and Educate with Influence's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
